CARE MINISTRY

William (Bill) Black first heard about the Lord as a little boy through a missionary teacher in a one room country public schoolhouse in 1958. He was baptized in 1963 at the age of sixteen and has attended Victory Tabernacle since then.

For twelve years he was involved helping at the Ontario district junior camp. He drove the church van for many years picking up kids for Sunday School. He loves teaching home Bible studies.

He leads the bi-monthly church services at Lakeview Manor where he has been a volunteer for 30 years. He also volunteers and leads a Bible study at Bon Air Nursing Home.

Bill and his wife Pam have been married since 2016. They love reading the word of God together. Their desire is to reach the lost.
